Darrell Lowe is Chief of Police for the City of Redmond, Washington, and founder of The Lowe Group.AI, LLC. He brings more than three decades of law-enforcement experience and an operational perspective on AI governance, Drone as First Responder, real-time information, executive leadership, and responsible technology adoption.
Lowe previously served on the Washington State Artificial Intelligence Task Force and the Governor's Task Force on Independent Investigations of Police Use of Force. He was president of the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs for 2024-25.
He currently serves on the NOBLE Emergent Technologies Committee and as a member of the IJIS Institute Law Enforcement Advisory Committee (LEAC).
